Julie Desaulniers is an executive coach and assessment expert who combines her background in Organizational Psychology with 25 years of experience as a leadership development consultant to help organizations address strategic leadership issues and buildtheir leadership capabilities.
Throughout her career, Julie has assessed and coached over 2000 individuals from emerging leaders to seasoned executives in the private and public sectors both globally and in Canada. She has provided support and insight through her consulting, coaching, leadership assessments and facilitation of leadership development programs ina variety of industries including aviation, transportation, manufacturing, technology, corporate services, energy, mining, financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, consumer products, higher education, and government. She has worked with leaders in Europe, South America, Asia, Oceania and throughout North America. Her extensive experience in working with leaders at all levels and across cultures has given her a keen eye for recognizing an individual’s potential as well as the obstacles that get in their way. Her warm and supportive style allows her to build trust quickly, and her action orientation helps leaders adopt the right mindset and behaviours to create meaningful results.
Julie’s combined interestin psychologyand business led her to pursue amaster’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University in New York. She has also been certified as a coach by a variety of recognized coaching training programs and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
